Last Sunday night while cleaning up from dinner, the undermount sink separated from the counter. I contacted your office the next day, fully expecting to be told that due to the current situation, you would get a serviceman up here to Scranton within a week to 10 days when he was in the area. Melissa checked with her service department and asked if we would be available the next day, as the service man was going to be up here. The next day J C showed up by 10:30, assessed the situation, cleaned up the old adhesive, remounted the sink and left within 90 minutes. My wife and I were extremely pleased with his ability to correct the fault and the way that he cleaned up when finished.
