It’s time! On Saturday, October 7, 9am-5pm, Eastern Surfaces in Allentown will once again host their Counters for a Cause event.
This One Day Blow-Out Sale is known not only for the incredible values on stone countertops, but also for raising money for Homes for Our Troops. A portion of the day’s proceeds will be donated to the current Pennsylvania projects of this noteworthy organization. To join us on October 7, simply bring a dimensioned sketch/drawing of your project area and cabinet wood sample if possible. You will then be able to select from a vast array of countertop materials, plus choose accessory items like sinks, faucets, and even tile. A not to miss opportunity for making those long-awaited improvements to your home.
About Homes for Our Troops
Homes for Our Troops (HFOT) is a privately funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization building specially adapted homes nationwide for the most severely injured Veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan. Most of these Veterans are multiple amputees, paraplegic, quadriplegic or suffered severe traumatic brain injury (TBI.) These mortgage free homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed defending ours, and enable them to focus on their family, recovery, and rebuilding their lives. Since its founding in 2004, over 90 percent of donations has gone directly to support the Veterans.
